Shipping
When you place an order, it goes to the Fairmont CycleMart store where we review the order,
We first review that the item(s) you ordered are indeed in stock and that we are able to fill
the order completly, then we forward:
015 orders to their shipping dock with your name and address as the "Ship To" for that order.
064 does not drop ship, therefore orders from them take longer for you to recieve your item(s).

Orders over $200.00 that can be shipped by UPS Ground, will be shipped free.
Orders under $200.00 will be charged shipping!

Backorders
You will be advised if the goods ordered are not immediately available. We may, at our discretion, ship identical parts from a different vendor than the one you specified. In no event will this increase the amount you will be charged. If backorders are to exceed 7 business days, you will be advised.

Bike Kit Sales
We prefer not to sell the bike kits by credit card. Because Credit Cards cost us, the seller, and you the buyer, to use them. You should contact us by clicking the Contact Form. Then we will contact you by email and we can handle a non credit card purchase more personally with you and avoid the extra costs
associated with credit cards.

Returns and Exchanges
1.Have all your packages boxs etc. ready to rebox the item (Item must be "new in box").
2.Contact us here at CycleMart by phone or email to get a Return Authorization Number, which must be clearly marked on the out side of the package.

3.Once we determine the item or items are returnable, You will be given a return number.
Returning goods because of
OUR ERROR :
Defective parts, or parts shipped in error, will be exchanged or refunds will be made in full if the correct parts are not available. You will be required to pay any shipping to return item,then,CycleMart will Reimburse you for the shipping.
NOT OUR ERROR :
Contact us for instructions and the refund amount after restocking and handling fees. You are required to pack and ship the return. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable

NOTE - Take the time to be sure you are ordering the correct item - Some bikes have had changes to them, and factory OEM information may not be accurate Wheels, Carbs, Sprockets, and Exhaust are the most common areas to watch out for!

MISSING OR DAMAGED PARTS POLICY

Please take the time to examine your packages and packing list's. All parts are carefully checked and packed before leaving. If a part is missing or damaged by UPS, contact them within 48 hours and follow their instructions. Do not return merchandise damaged by the shipper to CycleMart.

In the event that it becomes necessary to send a part back to CycleMart, please contact us by telephone at (304)363-7538, or by E-Mail giving your reason for return. Returns must be cleared with customer service, any unauthorized returns will be refused. Returns could be subject to a restocking fee. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Special Order and Electrical items CANNOT be returned. When returning merchandise, please ship it insured and prepaid. We will not accept C.O.D.'s. Warranty

The warranty on these goods is that extended by the manufacturer. CycleMart makes no warranty or obligation beyond that of the manufacturer regarding fitment or suitability of the product.

Sales Tax
Sales Tax will be added to all goods shipped to WV locations.
